Spring has begun, and it has brought along one of the world's biggest treasures, sunlight! We'll probably spend entire days under the sun, which can be very beneficial for our health, but can also bring damages for our skin. Excesses are usually dangerous, and sunlight is no exception, so we must protect ourselves while enjoying the warmth of the sun. 

Sunlight is known for providing us with vitamin D, which can help prevent cardiovascular, immunological, neurological, and even emotional diseases! However, there's also a dark side to it: UV rays can cause wrinkles, discoloration, spots, or even cancerous lesions. That's why it's so important that we protect our skin while being exposed to the sun. Here are some essential tips to responsibly enjoy spring's weather.

- Wear moisturizer with SPF. Keeping your skin hydrated while providing protection.
- Take advantage of fashion items, such as sunglasses and big hats.
- Apply eye cream before going to bed. It'll help revitalize the eye area during the sleep.
- Avoid direct sun exposure during noon hours, which is when the sun is most intense.
