Healthy Living: Top 10

Health has become a priority in today's society, and even though we might be healthy right now, we shouldn't take it for granted. There are so many things that can affect our body in so many different ways, we have no idea. Everyone seems to know everything about being healthy and happy... from dieting and exercising, to meditating and medicating. However, I've found simpler tips on how to live a long-lasting life full of positive energy and good health. Here's the list of my top 10 tips on how to improve your life quality.

- Smell fresh cut flowers
- Improve your posture
- Pick 3 exercises you truly enjoy
- Eat bright-colored foods
- Learn to say no
- Join clubs and classes 
- Prepare your own food
- Barefoot walk
- Take a bottle of water with you when going out
- Keep a journal

These tips are truly easy to bring into action. They require just a little effort and compromise from ourselves, but I promise they're totally worth it. I still need to work on some of them, but will surely do my best, since the reward is definitely not something I'd like to miss out on.
