Spring 2014 Style

The beginning of March usually means one thing: spring style, and this year, spring style is more feminine and polished than ever. Like in any other season, fashion designers and brands offer tons of trends to try, but these are my definite favorite...

1. Pastels. This is the perfect color palette for the winter-spring transition. Besides getting in tone with nature, wearing softer hues is perfect for looking youthfully elegant.

2. Mid-length skirt. This trend is perfect for many of us who are more conservative when wanting to show les jambes. Whether it's the A-line or pencil skirt, this mid-calf length trims the ankles and is specially beneficial for spring's warmer weather.

3. Collarless jacket. This 60's trend is back in a variety of styles and fabrics. A collarless jacket or blazer looks more polished and structured, and the neckline creates a statement without outshining what's underneath.
