My 15-Minute Workout Plan

For busy-scheduled people, there's always an excuse to skip a good workout session. Luckily, there are tons of ways to keep your body moving without giving out an entire hour of your day to exercise (and surprisingly, a shorter, more intense routine is even more effective!) So, if we're being realistic here, a short workout plan is easier to stick to and you won't get bored (at least during the first week), which is why I wanted to share this 15-minute routine that is pretty effective for burning a good amount of calories, can be done anywhere, and requires no equipment. And, honestly, who doesn't have 15 minutes free every day?

Workout routine

2-minute jog (warm up)
20 push ups
2-minute jumping jacks
20 v-snaps
20 jump squats
2-minute jog
20 tricep dips
20 step ups (for each leg)
2-minute stretch

Do this routine right when you wake up or when you get home at the end of the day (or both), but ideally, try to do it at the same time every day. By doing this, you won't feel as exhausted, but it'll still strengthen your muscles and keep your heart at rate. Create a 5-song playlist and you'll be over with the workout before you know it. Additionally, take the stairs instead of the elevator, take a 5-minute walk before every meal, take a vitamin-D supplement, and drink as much water as you can. All of this will help boost your metabolism, tone your body, and give countless benefits to your overall health.
